Inside a charming historic residence, this 100m² apartment enjoys a sense of calm rarely found so close to the center. Large French windows frame open views of the residence’s palm and pine trees, with the sea appearing in the distance.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment: a bright and airy space with sea views and high ceilings that reflect the elegance of the building’s original architecture. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to settle into the rhythm of a longer stay.
Two bedrooms welcome up to four guests. The main bedroom features a double bed and a sea view and opens onto the living room, with the possibility to close the space with a curtain. The second bedroom offers another double bed, air conditioning, and a small sea view.
Two bathrooms complete the layout: one with a bathtub and sink, the second adjoining the second bedroom with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is also available.

We had a beautiful stay in the apartment!the house looks exactly like the pictures! It is very closed to La Croisette, 10 minutes walking only!we really enjoy our stay! The agency is fast responding and very helpful, we forgot a phone in the house after the checkout and they come and help straight away.
Nice location with parking in privet and locked area, apartment is large and spacious and nicely decorated. It has nice views of palm trees, city and sea. Peaceful, quiet and safe place - would definitely recommend.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Cannes mit meiner Frau und unseren zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders positiv war auch die geräumige Küche mit dem tollen Kühlschrank. Einige Punkte sollten jedoch noch verbessert werden: Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimal (nur ein Topf und eine Pfanne), das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab – ein Problem, das wohl auch schon in früheren Rezensionen erwähnt wurde. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft weniger geeignet, da Nachbarn selbst bei sehr ruhigem Verhalten empfindlich reagieren. Abgesehen davon bleibt es aber eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit grossartiger Lage und traumhaftem Ausblick – ideal für Paare oder Reisende ohne Kinder.
