The place is exactly as in the photos. Everything is modern within and old building. Lots of restaurants and bars close by as well as shopping streets. If you are going to an event in the Palais, you can't go wrong with this apartment.
The place is modern, beautiful, and very clean. The location is perfect… close to everything. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.
Highly recommand!! This is the second year we stay at this unit with Immogroom. The unit is exactly as described, clean, and practical. The bed is very confortable! Location could not be better - walking distance to all best restaurant, beachclubs, and shopping. Host is very responsive, helpful!
Very clean and stylish apartment with very comfortable bed. On the negative side, I stayed there Friday to Sunday and it was quite noicy outside until very late. Bring earplugs! For the price I paid I highly recommend

The space looks exactly like the pictures , it was clean and had all the listed amenities. It’s right in the centre and close to the train station. Just be aware there is a little noise at night . Would recommend
Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf dem Bilder, hochwertig und schön. Die Lage war auch für uns optimal da alle hotspots zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cannes. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!
