Réservation dans un cadre professionnel. Tout s’est très bien passé, l’appartement est conforme au descriptif. Merci à Eden qui a été une hôte très réactive ce qui permet une communication fluide !
Le logement était bien placé, propre, utile, pas loin de plusieurs lieux nécessaires. Cependant, nous avons eu un changement de situation, ce qui fait que nous étions dans l’obligation d’écourter notre séjour, et notre hôte ne sait pas montrer généreuse ou compréhensible pour nous accorder un remboursement ou un geste commercial comme nous l’a conseillé l’agence Airbnb. Mais je remercie tout de même Eden de nous avoir permis de loger dans son bien et bien sure je recommande vivement cette annonce. Bonne année.
